Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of tegain.com, operated by Tegain Private Limited("Tegain", "we", "us"), company identification number U72900KL2015PTC039375. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using it.

If we are already delivering work for you under a signed agreement, that agreement governs the work and prevails over these terms wherever the two differ.

This is an informational site describing what Tegain does, together with forms for making a project enquiry or asking about a hub partnership, and a link to our separate agent platform.

There are no user accounts here, we do not take payments through this site, and there is nothing to publish or post. The descriptions of services, stages and programmes are a general description of what we offer, not a specification of what you will receive.

Prices, tiers, timelines, commission ranges and capability claims on this site are indicative and may change. They are an invitation to discuss, not a binding offer.

Work is only ever agreed in a written scope and contract signed by both sides. Nothing on this site, and no reply to an enquiry, creates a contract on its own.

When you use a form on this site, you confirm that:

• the information you give is accurate, and you are authorised to give it on behalf of the organisation you name;
• you have the right to share any document, link or file you send, and doing so does not breach anyone else’s confidence or intellectual property;
• you will not upload anything unlawful, malicious, or containing personal data about others that you have no basis to share.

Confidentiality. Until a mutual NDA is signed, please do not send us anything you consider confidential. We will treat enquiry contents with reasonable care and will not publish them, but an enquiry alone does not create a confidentiality obligation. Ask us for one before sharing specifics.

We may use general knowledge, skills and experience gained while reviewing an enquiry. We will not reproduce your materials or use them for anyone else.

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Agent registration happens on our separate agent platform, not on this site. That platform has its own terms, and your use of it is governed by them and by the written agent agreement you sign there.

Registering does not by itself entitle you to a commission. Commission ranges shown on this site are typical and confirmed per project in writing before a proposal is issued. Lead protection, payment terms and territory are governed entirely by that agreement. Agents act as independent contractors, are not employees or partners of Tegain, and have no authority to quote prices, scope technical work, or enter commitments on our behalf.

The AI Hubs page is an invitation to enquire. It is not an offer of securities, not a prospectus, not a solicitation of investment, and not a guarantee of returns.

Seat counts, capitalisation figures and per-seat costs are indicative and subject to due diligence and definitive agreements. Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and we are not licensed to give it. Take your own professional advice before committing capital.

You agree not to:

• submit forms in bulk, by automation, or to send unsolicited marketing;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its storage, or any system connected to it, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
• scrape, mirror or systematically copy the site, or use it to train a model without our written permission;
• interfere with the site’s operation or anyone else’s use of it.

We may block access, discard submissions, or take other reasonable steps to protect the site.

The site, its text, design, diagrams, logos and code are owned by Tegain or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. The Tegain name and mark are ours.

You may view and print pages for your own evaluation. Any other copying, republication, or commercial use needs our written permission. Photography on this site is licensed stock used for illustration and is not a depiction of Tegain premises or personnel.

You keep ownership of anything you send us. You grant us permission to use it only for the purpose of assessing and responding to your enquiry.

The site relies on third parties, including the analytics, anti-spam and storage providers named in our Privacy Policy. It also links to sites we do not control, including our agent platform. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability arising from the site is limited to INR 10,000.

This clause concerns the website. Liability for delivered work is dealt with in the contract for that work.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, or from material you send us that infringes someone else’s rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Kochi, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
